In this session, we will:

🧬 Refine your dietary, herbal, or lifestyle protocol based on your current state
🌙 Address any new or ongoing symptoms
🌿 Adjust seasonal strategies or dasha-aligned support as needed
🕯️ Offer deeper clarity into your constitution (prakriti) or imbalances (vikriti) if new insights emerge
This follow-up is your space to ask questions, receive further guidance, and continue aligning your wellness path with Ayurvedic intelligence.
